Yes! When the TwinStar baby carrier worn tandem can be adjusted to fit waist sizes ranging from 26 to 100 inches. Most individuals prefer to wear their carriers higher on their torso, which optimally supports the babies' weight on their hips rather than pulling on their shoulders. Therefore, when measuring your waist, ensure to measure around your belly button rather than your hips. Additionally, there are extra adjusters on the shoulders to accommodate a wide range of body sizes. You can begin using the TwinStar baby carrier once your babies reach a weight of 7lbs. Newborns must be worn on the Front Carry Position and it's beneficial to tighten the seat adjustment straps completely and lift the baby's bottom above the straps. Regardless of age and weight differences between your babies, they can be comfortably worn in any carrying position. When using TwinStar baby as a front and back tandem baby carrier, the front baby may be worn from newborn (7lbs) and back baby must have strong head and torso strenght which usually happens around 5-6 months of age.  

How do I make the Sleep Hood smaller?

• The hood has a multiple snaps on the top of hood.  Depending on the snap you choose you can make hood looser or tighter.

How can I reach the Sleep Hood from behind me?

• The hood has long tabs.  If the hood is out of the pocket and dangling you can reach behind and pull up over babies head.  

Can I use the Sleep Hood while breastfeeding?

• Yes!

Where can I buy a replacement Sleep Hood?

• You can purchase replacement hoods and with custom fabrics on our website. These hoods are specifically for the 2023 model which is now removable.  

How do I wash my carrier?

• Spot clean for regular maintenance with a wet wash cloth
• You may wash your baby carrier in the washer, but do not tumble dry. Line dry avoiding any heat drying. 

How do I care for my baby carrier?

• WARNING: Avoid storing the baby carrier in extreme temperatures, such as a very hot or cold car. Long periods of exposure to extreme temperatures can lead to plastic fatigue, potentially making your buckles brittle over time. This poses a risk of buckle breakage, creating a fall hazard.
